for FUTURENTO Value Vouchers
These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations between:

(hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”)
and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) when purchasing value vouchers via the website www.futurento.cz.
These terms form an integral part of the purchase contract.
2.1 A value voucher represents a prepaid monetary amount that can be used for FUTURENTO services.
2.2 The voucher is not tied to a specific date.
2.3 The voucher can be used exclusively for:

3.1 Orders are placed online via the order form.
3.2 Before submitting the order, the Customer has the opportunity to review and modify the entered data.
3.3 The purchase contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Seller (via email).
3.4 The Seller reserves the right to reject the order (e.g. in case of an obvious pricing error).
4.1 Voucher prices are listed including VAT.
4.2 Payment is made online via a payment gateway.
4.3 The payment gateway provider is GoPay s.r.o.
4.4 Available payment methods include in particular:
4.5 After successful payment, the voucher is automatically sent to the Customer’s email address.
4.6 When using the payment gateway, the Customer is also subject to the terms and conditions of the payment service provider.
5.1 The voucher is delivered electronically to the email address provided by the Customer.
5.2 The voucher contains a unique code for redemption.
5.3 The Seller is not responsible for incorrectly entered email addresses.
6.1 The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, unless stated otherwise.
6.2 After the expiration period, the voucher becomes invalid without any compensation.
6.3 The validity of the voucher cannot be extended.
7.1 The voucher can be used exclusively for FUTURENTO game entry and additional playtime (e.g. 3rd hour).
7.2 The voucher can be used:
7.3 If the full value of the voucher is not used, the remaining amount expires without any compensation.

7.6 The voucher cannot be used for individually priced events (e.g. corporate events), unless agreed otherwise.
8.1 Reservations are made via the online reservation system.
8.2 Capacity is limited and availability is not guaranteed, especially for last-minute bookings.
8.3 The Seller recommends that Customers make reservations in advance.
8.4 Purchasing a voucher does not entitle the Customer to a specific date or guarantee availability before the voucher expires.
8.5 The voucher represents a prepaid service value, not a reservation of a specific date or time.
9.1 The Customer (consumer) has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the conclusion of the purchase contract, provided that the voucher has not been used.
9.2 Withdrawal must be sent to: info@futurento.cz
9.3 In case of withdrawal, the voucher will be deactivated.
9.4 The payment will be refunded using the same method by which it was received.
9.5 After the voucher has been used, withdrawal from the contract is no longer possible and no refund can be requested.

10.2 Complaints will be resolved without undue delay, no later than within 30 days.
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legal regulations and GDPR.
12.1 The Seller reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.
