a) Game Reservations and Voucher Purchases

For the purpose of creating and managing reservations, fulfilling contracts, and complying with legal obligations, we process:

• voucher code

CCTV System

FUTURENTO premises are monitored by a CCTV system for the purposes of:

CCTV recordings are retained for a maximum of 14 days unless a security incident or other situation requires longer retention.

Photos and Videos

FUTURENTO does not automatically photograph visitors.

If photos or videos are exceptionally taken for marketing purposes, you will be informed accordingly and may express your consent or objection at the reception desk or in the operating rules. Any consent given is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time.

Who Has Access to the Data

Personal data is accessible only to authorized persons and contractual partners assisting us in operating our services.
